- Strengthen Connections: Secure collaborators and alumni professionals to support and elevate the festival.
- Facilitate Teams: Manage volunteer coordination, assist with task delegation, and maintain smooth communication between departments.
- Expand Our Community: Execute strategies for recruiting filmmakers, engaging audiences, and fostering an inclusive festival experience.

- Maintain Our Brand: Ensure a strong visual identity that aligns with our mission.
